My name is Jude Melton, a Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Licensed Midwife in Arizona and New Mexico. I provide lactation support to new mothers in the Phoenix metro area. Office, in-home, and telehealth consultations are available, making it easier to get the support you need in the way that works best for you and your baby.

I’m the proud mother of four sons and grandmother to nine. I’ve experienced homebirth personally with two homebirths of my own. My family and friends are an important part of my life, and when I’m not working with mothers and babies, I enjoy traveling, photography, sewing, pattern design, and fiber spinning. I feel incredibly fortunate to have spent my life doing work I love and supporting families through such an important time in their lives.

We are in-network with UnitedHealthcare, Anthem, MultiPlan/PHCS, PNOA, TRICARE, and other participating plans. We also accept HSA and health-sharing plans.
